Mortgage Pre-Approval Program

If you plan to purchase a new home, we can provide you with a pre-approval letter specifying the loan amount you would qualify for based on income, funds available for a down payment, credit history and current interest rates.

Because you will know how much house you can afford before you start looking, you can negotiate with confidence and make the best deal possible on your new home. We will provide you with a Pre-Approval letter within 72 hours of receipt of the following information:

  • Completed Mortgage Application
  • Copies of the borrower's and co-borrower's drivers licenses;
  • Last 2 years W-2 forms and past 30 days of original pay stubs showing year-to-date earnings;
  • Last 3 months of original bank statements.
  • If self-employed, last 2 years tax returns to include all schedules.
